Access to and use of MIBO constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Upon registration, users must tick an explicit acceptance box ("Checkbox"). The Service is available to both legal entities (B2B) and individuals (B2C), provided they are at least 18 years of age.
MIBO provides an automated infrastructure for procedural and semantic testing of AI agents across any environment.
No Access to Content: MIBO implements encryption protocols ensuring that we have no access to the Client’s traces, sensitive data, or test results.
Automated Review: The Service is 100% algorithmic. The interpretation of results and the decision to deploy in real-world environments is the exclusive responsibility of the Client. MIBO does not perform human reviews.
MIBO utilizes external Large Language Models (LLMs) to execute evaluations.
The Client acknowledges and accepts that their test data will be processed by these third-party providers.
MIBO is not responsible for the privacy, retention, or data re-training policies of such external providers.
The use of MIBO to test agents that engage in illegal or discriminatory activities, or that violate international AI regulations, is strictly prohibited.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold MIBO harmless against any third-party claims, demands, or sanctions arising from the Client's use of the platform or the actions of their own agents.
MIBO shall not be liable for loss of profits, indirect damages, or the Client's operational failures.
Liability Cap: MIBO’s total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the Client during the last three (3) months, or a maximum of $10 USD (whichever is lower). If the service is used free of charge, MIBO’s liability is $0 USD.
