TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE - MIBO TESTING
Effective Date: January 30, 2026
1. What is Mibo Testing?
Mibo Testing is a specialized Quality Assurance (QA) and Orchestration platform designed for Agentic AI and Large Language Model (LLM) systems. The service provides automated evaluation, "LLM-as-Judge" scoring, and synthetic data generation, specifically engineered to integrate into modern software development lifecycles.
2. Integration and CI/CD Connectivity
Mibo Testing operates as a functional node within the user's automation ecosystem.
Webhook Integration: To utilize the service, users must connect their workflows (e.g., n8n, Flowise, Zapier, or proprietary systems) via webhooks.
Credential Management: Users are responsible for configuring and securing their own Authentication Tokens (Auth Tokens) and API keys. Mibo Testing accesses the necessary information exclusively through these authorized integrations to perform the requested testing tasks.
3. Nature of Service and Technical Limitations
Mibo Testing utilizes third-party Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). While the platform is designed to minimize risks, users acknowledge that:
- AI-generated evaluations may occasionally result in "hallucinations" or contextually inaccurate assessments.
- The service is dependent on the uptime and performance of third-party APIs and infrastructure.
4. Zero-Retention Policy and Data Privacy
Mibo Testing is built on a Stateless Architecture. We prioritize data sovereignty and security:
- No Persistence: We do not store, keep, or harvest any personal information, execution traces, or business logic processed during the testing cycles.
- No Training: User data is never used to train internal or third-party models.
- Processing Only: Once the webhook payload is processed and the result is delivered to the destination, all temporary data is purged from our volatile memory.
- Compliance: Our operations align with international standards, including GDPR and regional Latin American data protection laws (e.g., Law 25.326).
5. Third-Party Services
The platform relies on external providers including, but not limited to, Meta (WhatsApp), cloud infrastructure, and LLM providers. Mibo Testing does not guarantee the continuous availability of these third-party services and is not liable for changes in their respective terms of service.
6. Acceptable Use
Users are prohibited from using Mibo Testing for illegal purposes, malicious prompt injection testing, or any activity that violates the ethical standards of AI development. We reserve the right to suspend access if abusive patterns are detected.
7. Intellectual Property
All test cases, evaluation criteria, and specific configurations created by the user remain the exclusive property of the user. Mibo Testing claims no rights over the intellectual property processed through its engine.
8. Modifications
These Terms and Conditions may be updated to reflect technical advancements or regulatory changes. Updates will be published at www.mibo-testing.ai.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is contracted, adhering to international cybersecurity and data processing frameworks.
