Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Mibo Testing treats information provided by users when using our AI testing orchestration service through webhooks and third-party integrations such as n8n, Flowise, or Zapier. We are committed to protecting data privacy and security in compliance with international regulations, including GDPR and the Argentine Law 25.326.

1. Nature of the Service

Mibo Testing is a technical orchestration layer for Quality Assurance (QA) of Agentic Systems. It enables developers to trigger automated evaluations and testing cycles by connecting their workflows to our engine. Unlike general-purpose assistants, Mibo Testing only processes data specifically sent for evaluation within a defined testing scope.

2. Data Collection via Integrations

Mibo Testing does not crawl or harvest your data. We only receive information that you explicitly send via your configured integration. This includes webhook payloads (logs, prompts, and responses from your agents) and authentication credentials (Auth tokens or API keys) provided to allow Mibo Testing to communicate back with your workflow orchestrator.

3. Zero-Retention Policy (Stateless Processing)

Our architecture is built on a Stateless Model. Data received via webhooks is processed in volatile memory. Once the testing cycle is complete and the report is delivered, the payload is immediately discarded. We do not store permanent logs of the content processed during your tests, nor do we use your data to train internal or third-party models.

4. Security & Sanitization

We apply rigorous security measures, including TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Our pipeline is designed to handle PII/PHI Sanitization, ensuring that sensitive information is filtered during the evaluation process to prevent accidental exposure in testing reports.

5. User Rights and Control

Users maintain full control over their data flow. You may revoke Mibo Testing’s access at any time by deleting the webhook or revoking the Auth Token in your orchestrator. Since we do not retain data post-execution, revoking access is the most effective way to exercise control over the connection.
