We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service: account information (name and email) and technical metadata through third-party tools for analytics and error monitoring. This data is used exclusively to maintain and improve the Service.
We implement high-availability security layers. All sensitive data, credentials, and agent traces are protected using advanced encryption protocols. Due to this architecture, access to Client information by MIBO’s internal personnel is restricted by design.
Logical Deletion: Upon a request for data deletion, information is immediately deactivated and becomes inaccessible through the platform interface.
Retention for Integrity: For purposes of technical security, legal compliance, and disaster recovery, certain encrypted data may remain in our backup systems as long as necessary to ensure the integrity and stability of the infrastructure.
The Client may request access to or rectification of their account data.
Technical Limitation: Data held under encryption will not be delivered in a readable format. MIBO prioritizes information secrecy and platform integrity over the portability of complex payloads or encrypted traces.
