At MIBO, we value transparency. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers to ensure the platform meets your technical needs. By subscribing, you agree to the conditions below.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Conditions apply)

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or upgrade. To protect the sustainability of our service, the refund is subject to the following Fair Use conditions:

• Usage Limit: Refunds are only applicable if the account has executed fewer than [50] automated tests (or equivalent credits). If the Service has been used extensively, the refund is void.
• First Cycle Only: The guarantee applies only to the first billing cycle of a new account.
• Exclusions: Enterprise plans and the "Starter" (Free) plan are not covered by this policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@mibo-ai.com within the 7-day window. You must include your account email and a brief technical reason for the request (this helps our dev team improve the tool).

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

4. Subscription Cancellation & Renewals

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. You will keep access until the end of your paid period.

No Prorated Refunds: After the 7-day window, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

Renewals: Automatic renewals are non-refundable. It is the user’s responsibility to cancel before the renewal date. We provide a reminder, but the final action stays with the user.

5. Violations & Termination

If an account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., illegal use, testing prohibited agents, or attempting to reverse-engineer MIBO), any right to a refund is forfeited.
